Vendor Registration Info
ALL VENDOR VEHICLES MUST BE SCREENED AND PRE-APPROVED BEFORE REGISTRATION CAN BE FULLY COMPLETED (Excludes Panda Junction).
We will evaluate the quality of your booth vehicles and then notify you via email of your approval or denial. Your credit/debit card will not be charged unless your vehicles are approved. Due to the overwhelming amount of applications, it may take several weeks for you to be notified.
If you do not receive an email updating you on the status of your application, you can check the status by logging into your account.
If you fail to complete all of the steps, your registration will not be honored and you will not be admitted into any events. Register early to guarantee your spot!
When submitting vehicle images, please do not submit instagram pictures or phone screen shots!

Vendor spaces include up to 4 free passes for your staff members. Additional passes can be purchased for $15 each. Booth prices that include space for a vehicle DO NOT include judging for that vehicle! If you wish to register a booth vehicle to compete, you can elect to do so when adding that vehicle to your vendor profile (an extra fee will apply).
Note: A $2.00 convenience fee is added to each vendor/sponsor registration. All Registration fees are non-refundable!
BEFORE completing your registration, please take a moment to read our Registration Information. Also, all exhibitors must read and agree to our Rules and Regulations (by completing your profile and registering for events, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms).
If you have been a vendor at previous Tuner Evolution events or have already entered your information into our system.
If you have never registered for any of our events and have never entered your information into our system.
