Roll-In Information

Roll-in for Tuner Evolution Car Show 2008 at the York Fair Grounds/Toyota Expo Center will be as follows:

Indoor Roll-In

Roll-in is Friday, May 16th for both Vendors and Competitors:
We will have over 300 cars to enter in a short time so be sure your printed ticket(s), drivers license and credentials are in hand upon entering. You will then be instructed where to park and asked to come back to complete your registration to the event!

PRE-REGISTERED COMPETITOR ROLL-IN - Friday, May 16th from 3pm to 10pm SHARP

*******NO SATURDAY ROLL-IN FOR INDOOR COMPETITORS********

INDOOR VENDOR ROLL-IN - FRIDAY, May 16th from 3PM - 7PM (after 7pm all items must be hand-carted to location)
VENDORS WITH LARGE TRAILERS (12'+ in size) are asked to arrive between 10am-5pm to ensure there is enough room for you to maneuver around the venue.

WAITING LIST COMPETITORS (un-registered) may show up between 10pm - 10:30pm.  If there is any extra space, we will add you to the indoor show field (additional $20 for unregistered vehicles).

**NO SPACE GUARANTEED - to ensure a space at this event, you must register before as early as possible.  Last day for registration is  May 15th or until the show sells out!
 
REGISTERED INDOOR VEHICLES & VENDORS - Show vehicles receive a pass for the driver and 1 passenger ONLY!  Additional passes will be available FRIDAY ONLY during roll-in for $10 but limited to 2 per vehicle.

AFTER YOUR VEHICLE IS CLEANED, PARKED, AND SIGNED IN, YOU HAVE UNTIL 10:00PM FRIDAY NIGHT TO CLEAN/PREP YOUR VEHICLE AND EXIT THE FACILITY.  VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE UNTIL THE SHOW IS OVER AT 8PM ON SATURDAY.

Outdoor Roll-In

Roll-in is Saturday, May 17th for both Vendors and Competitors:

ALL VENDOR AND COMPETITOR VEHICLES MUST ENTER THROUGH THE HIGHLAND AVE ENTRANCE.

Competitors: 8:00AM - 11:30AM SHARP!

Vendors: 7:00AM - 10:30AM

Please have your registration in hand, we will have over 300 cars to enter in a short time so be sure your printed receipt, drivers license and credentials are in hand upon entering. You will then be instructed where to park and asked to come back to complete your registration for the event!

A Few rules for Competitors and Vendors:
- Maintain a 1/4 tank of fuel or less for indoor show vehicles (FIRE MARSHAL CODE).
- Absolutely NO burnout's will be permitted on the property!  If so, you will lose all access and will be asked to remove yourself from the
  premises!
- NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT IN TO THE EVENT (there will be beer sold inside the Toyota Arena).
- Food may be brought in before the show starts on Saturday.  If you bring in coolers/cooler bags they will be searched by security.
- You will be able to get into the venue as early as 8am Saturday morning to finish prepping your vehicle.
- If you lose or pretend as though you lost your ticket or claim that you never got a ticket to enter, you will have to pay the standard
  spectator entry fee ($15.00) to enter the building--**NO Exceptions**
- IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE PARKING AND ADMISSION PASSES IN HAND BEFORE
  YOU LEAVE THE VENUE FRIDAY NIGHT!

REGISTERED OUTDOOR VEHICLES & VENDORS - Show vehicles will receive a pass for the DRIVER ONLY, additional passes will be available FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY during indoor roll-in for $10 but limited to 2 per car only.

NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE MOVED, STARTED OR LEAVE
THE PREMISES FOR ANY REASON UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT!!
