 View Showfield/Stadium Layout PLEASE PRINT THIS OUT AND BRING WITH YOU IN CASE YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT WHAT TO DO!! ALL VENDOR AND COMPETITOR VEHICLES MUST ENTER THROUGH THE ENTRANCE AT GEORGE AND ARCH STREETS. Because of the unique layout of the stadium grounds, it will be too difficult to maneuver larger trailers around. So if you have a trailer or support vehicle, you must turn right into the parking lot directly across from the main entrance and unload your vehicle there before entering the stadium. View the Parking Layout. Stadium Section Roll-In Stadium Section Roll-in is Friday, July 15th from 3pm - 10pm for both Vendors and Competitors. We will have hundreds of cars to enter in a short time so be sure your printed receipt(s), photo ID, and credentials are in hand upon entering. You will then be instructed where to park and given any further instructions if necessary. The Stadium Section will be protected by fencing and overnight security. *******NO SATURDAY ROLL-IN FOR STADIUM SECTION COMPETITORS******** STADIUM SECTION VENDOR ROLL-IN - FRIDAY, July 15th from 3pm - 10pm. VENDORS WITH LARGE TRAILERS (12'+ in size) are asked to arrive as early as possible to ensure there is enough room for you to maneuver around the venue. **NO SPACE GUARANTEED - to ensure a space at this event, you must register as early as possible. Last day for registration is Wednesday, July 13th or until the show sells out! REGISTERED STADIUM SECTION VEHICLES & VENDORS - Show vehicles receive a pass for the driver and 1 passenger ONLY! Additional spectator passes will be available FRIDAY during roll-in for $10 each. AFTER YOUR VEHICLE IS CLEANED, PARKED, AND SIGNED IN, YOU HAVE UNTIL 11PM FRIDAY NIGHT TO CLEAN/PREP YOUR VEHICLE AND EXIT THE FACILITY. VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LEAVE UNTIL THE SHOW IS OVER AT 10PM ON SATURDAY. Motorcycle Midway Roll-In Motorcycle Midway roll-in will be Friday, July 15th from 3pm - 10pm, and also on Saturday July 16th from 10am - 2pm. We strongly recommend that Motorcycle Midway participants roll in on Friday in order to ensure a spot. Overflow parking for motorcycles will be on Arch Street. Please be sure your printed receipt(s), photo ID, and credentials are in hand upon entering. You will then be instructed where to park and given any further instructions if necessary. REGISTERED MOTORCYCLE MIDWAY VEHICLES - Show vehicles receive a pass for the driver and 1 passenger ONLY! Additional spectator passes will be available FRIDAY during roll-in for $10 each. Street Section & Fun Field Roll-In Street Section and Fun Field Roll-in is Saturday, July 16th for both Vendors and Competitors: Competitors: 10:00AM - 2:00PM SHARP! Vendors: 9:00AM - 2:00PM Please have your registration in hand.
